What it requires

A federal bill, not a statute — the status that matters most for anyone citing it. If enacted as passed by the House, it would add minor-specific safeguards addressing crisis referral, sexual and harmful content, professional impersonation, AI-identity disclosure, and addictive design, enforced by the FTC and state officials.
